Some seasons his physical stats will go up by one, maybe two if I'm lucky, but the rest won't change. Despite having a potential of 89, Wilshere never grows for me.
Being an Arsenal fan, I like to do careers as Arsenal. In 14, you get a tonne of players that just don't grow for no reason. I always found that players grew too much in previous FIFAs, so much so that most young players could become some of the best in the world if they're played enough. Benzema, Lewandowski, Aguero and Rooney will almost always move clubs, usually all swapping with each other. Transfers are still horrible, and by that, I mean that most top players will look to join other teams. Hopefully they'll add an option to turn it off in 15. I was excited with scouting at first, because I think it works well in FM, but I don't like it in FIFA. Career mode's all I play on FIFA, and I was quite disappointed with this one.
